Bags will arrive flat, and the spikes will be bent and out of shape due to shipping. On arrival, please open the bag up and reshape the spikes a few times. They are empty spikes and will take a bit of time to straighten out, but they will do eventually. It will help if you fill the bag up with something soft like a blanket as this will help the bag to reshape itself.
